"Frank Towell Court was a tough project with numerous design and installation issues, and the openness and willingness to work together was very much appreciated. In addition, I felt the installation team from Atlantas were very professional. They worked to a very high level of quality, handing over a defect free installation, all while upholding very high levels of health and safety on site.

It was reassuring to work with a company that managed to achieve their programme targets, despite all the issues that the site threw at them. The one instance that comes to mind was when we encountered some difficulty in some areas of the installation (Due to come feature sections within the structural design at roof level), and Atlantas offered assistance, advising the use of a counter balance beam that they had used successfully on a previous project. This resolved the issue on site with very little disruption to all parties, which was a great relief to my site team.

"Atlanas provided balcony installation on behalf of Steelbuild at the Wembley Park E01.02 project in 2021. Works were completed here installing the sapphire balcony support arm and glide on balcony. Atlanas maintained an installation programme of circa 20 balconies a day with no safety or quality issues identified. "We worked with Atlantas who installed balconies on Cores 1&2 of our Royal Eden Docks project. This consisted of 176 bolt on balconies.

A number of these balconies were challenging to install including 1 particular stack which only had 100mm clearance from the brickwork on both sides on a 16 storey building.

The service on the installation was very good, the team onsite adhered to all of the site rules and installed by their Risk assessments and method statements at all Gmes. The programme was challenging at times due to being hampered by bad weather but working together we achieved handover."

The install team were professional and helpful in their work. Coordinating the logistics of working with the Higgins logistics team and haulage to and from site, to avoid disruption to other woks.
The correct QA was carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the install to be signed off by Higgins, avoiding snagging issues at a later date. I would be happy to use Atlantas for further work on any of my projects and hope to continue the working relationship in the future."
